Payment
Payment for sessions is done through a credit card (visa or mastercard) in Janeapp client portal or completed by e-transfer. The full payment is required at the end of every session. E-transfer payments are sent to tabitha.macpherson@hushmail.com.
Insurance Coverage
At this time direct billing is only available through Alberta Blue Cross and Green Shield. Other insurance plans may be covered, you will just need to pay upfront and submit the receipt after. All information required is included in the receipt. Please double check with your insurance provide to make sure that you have coverage, as all insurance plans are different.
No show/Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you are required to provide at least 24 hours notice ahead of your appointment time. If you cancel or change your appointment within that time period you will be charged a late/no show fee of $200.
Frequency of Sessions
Frequency of sessions is going to be different for each person. During the initial sessions we will determine together what will be the most appropriate in frequency for you. Of course over our time working together, that frequency may change as needs change.
